Event Refund / Cancellation Policy

The Northeast Ohio Fatima Centennial Conference registration deadline is
July 15, 2017.

Cancellation by Participant
Registration cancellations prior to the registration deadline, July 15, 2017, will receive a refund less a $75.00 administration fee - per ticket.

Send cancellation requests in writing to info@bluearmycleveland.org with Subject: Cancellation Request, by July 20, 2017. Or mail request in writing (postmarked by July 20, 2017) to: The World Apostolate of Fatima, Cleveland Division PO BOX 347036 Parma, OH 44134. Refunds issued 30 days post conference.

Any registration processed July 15, 2017 or later is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Sponsor
The World Apostolate of Fatima, Cleveland Division (WAF, Cleveland) reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment or other circumstances, which would make the event non-viable. If The World Apostolate of Fatima, Cleveland Division cancels an event, the registrants will receive a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the event, The World Apostolate of Fatima, Cleveland Division reserves the right to transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Sponsorship
All sponsorships and exhibitor packages are non-refundable. If The World Apostolate of Fatima, Cleveland Division cancels an event, the sponsorship and exhibitor funds received, in full, will be transferred and applied to a new event at a new, future date.
